API & Third-Party Integration

Most operational waste in a growing company happens between systems: an order placed in one place, retyped into a courier panel, then again into accounting. Integration removes that gap. We build the APIs your systems expose, and connect them to the gateways, logistics providers, messaging platforms and business software you already depend on.

What changes for your business

  • The same order is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed
  • Payment and delivery status update themselves instead of being checked
  • Reconciliation stops being a monthly manual exercise
  • Adding a new provider later is a configuration job, not a rebuild

Technology we use

  • REST
  • Webhooks
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Laravel
  • Node.js
  • Queues
  • Redis
Why teams call us

What integration work is usually fixing

Four situations where two systems that both work correctly still produce a wrong answer together.

The same data typed twice

An order is entered in the sales system and again in accounts. The two versions disagree by month end, and reconciling them is somebody's whole week.

What replaces it

  • One entry, synced automatically
  • Field mapping agreed once
  • Differences surfaced, not discovered

A system with no API

The vendor will not open it, the documentation does not exist, and the only export is a CSV somebody downloads by hand each morning.

What replaces it

  • Scheduled import and export pipelines
  • A wrapper API where the database allows
  • Automation instead of a daily download

Integrations that fail quietly

The sync stopped four days ago. Nobody noticed, because a job that does nothing looks exactly like a job that has nothing to do.

What replaces it

  • Retry with backoff on failure
  • Alerting when a sync stops
  • A log you can actually read

A partner changed their API

A field was renamed upstream and half your orders stopped booking. The integration was written to assume the response would never change.

What replaces it

  • Validation on every response
  • Versioned contracts, not assumptions
  • Failures isolated to one integration

What's included

Payment gateway integration with reconciliation and refund handling

Courier and logistics APIs — booking, label printing, status sync

SMS, WhatsApp and email notification pipelines

Accounting, ERP and inventory system synchronisation

Social and marketplace lead or order ingestion

REST APIs and webhooks for your own system, with documentation

Retry, logging and alerting so a failed sync never passes unnoticed

Scope

What the work covers

Connecting systems, building the API when there is not one, and making sure it still works six months later.

API design & build

REST or GraphQL endpoints with authentication, rate limits, versioning and documentation another team can build against.

Third-party integration

Payment gateways, SMS, courier, accounting, telephony and messaging platforms wired into your workflow.

Data sync & ETL

Scheduled or event-driven sync with field mapping, transformation rules and conflict handling agreed up front.

Webhooks & events

Event delivery with signature verification, retry, dead-letter handling and replay when something was missed.

Legacy & database bridges

Where a system has no API, we work with its database, file drops or exports instead of asking you to replace it.

Monitoring & alerting

Health checks, failure alerts and a readable log, so a broken sync is noticed by us rather than by your customer.

What we build

What we connect

The integrations businesses here actually need, rather than a list of logos.

Payment gateways

Card and mobile wallet payments with verification, refunds and settlement reconciliation.

Courier & logistics

Consignment booking, label printing and delivery status pulled back onto the order automatically.

SMS, WhatsApp & email

Transactional and campaign messaging with templates, delivery reports and opt-out handling.

Accounting software

Invoices, payments and journals pushed across so the ledger stops being retyped.

Telephony & PBX

Click-to-call, screen pop, call recording links and CDR sync into the CRM record.

ERP & internal systems

Stock, pricing and customer master data shared between the systems that each need their own copy.

Frequently asked questions

What if the third-party API changes or goes down?

Integrations are built with retries, queues and alerts, so a temporary outage delays a sync instead of losing data. Provider-specific code is isolated, so a breaking change is fixed in one place rather than across the application.

Can you integrate software we did not build?

Yes, as long as it offers an API, a webhook, a database connection or a reliable export. If none exist, we tell you upfront rather than building something fragile on top of screen scraping.
