A mobile app is worth building when your users are away from a desk — a delivery rider confirming a drop, a field agent recording a visit, a customer placing a repeat order. We build Android and iOS apps that connect to your real business data, work on unreliable networks, and are maintained after they reach the store.
Field staff record work where it happens instead of at the end of the day
Customers reorder and track without calling the office
Head office sees activity in real time, not from a written report
One data source behind both the web system and the app
Technology we use
Flutter
Android
iOS
React Native

Why teams call us
When a mobile app is actually the answer
A responsive website covers most cases. These four are the ones where it genuinely does not.
A team that is never at a desk
Field officers, riders and technicians collect information on paper and hand it in at the end of the day, by which point half of it is illegible or missing.
What replaces it
Data captured where the work happens
Photos, GPS and signature on the spot
Works offline, syncs later
Nobody sees the update in time
The status changed an hour ago, but the person who needed to act on it will not open their email until tomorrow morning.
What replaces it
Push notifications that arrive instantly
Action taken from the notification itself
Read and response tracking
Customers who call for everything
Balance, status, booking, receipt — every routine question becomes a phone call, and the phone line becomes the bottleneck.
What replaces it
Self-service in the customer's pocket
Booking and payment without a call
Support load drops on its own
The job needs the phone itself
Barcode scanning, camera, location, fingerprint, offline storage — the things a browser tab either cannot do or does badly.
What replaces it
Native camera, GPS and scanner access
Biometric login
Local storage that survives no signal
What's included
Android and iOS from a single codebase, or native where it is genuinely needed
Screen-by-screen UI/UX design reviewed with you before development
Secure API layer connecting the app to your web system
Offline handling and sync for field and delivery use
Push notifications, in-app updates and versioning
Play Store and App Store submission, including store assets
Crash reporting and usage analytics after launch
Scope
What the work covers
Design, build, store submission and the updates that follow — for Android, iOS or both from one codebase.
Android & iOS from one codebase
One build pipeline for both platforms, so a feature ships to every user at the same time instead of twice at twice the cost.
Offline-first data
Work continues where the signal does not, and syncs cleanly when it returns — with conflicts resolved by rules, not by luck.
Push notifications
Targeted, scheduled and event-triggered notifications, with delivery and open tracking behind them.
Device features
Camera, barcode and QR scanning, GPS, biometric login, file upload and local caching, wired in properly.
API & backend
The server side the app talks to, including authentication, versioning and a way to change the API without breaking old installs.
Store release & updates
Play Store and App Store submission, review handling, staged rollout and the update cycle after launch.
What we build
What we build with it
Apps that people use at work, in the field or on the move — not brochures with an icon.

Field force apps
Visit logs, order taking, attendance with location, and photo evidence from officers who are never in the office.
Customer apps
Accounts, bookings, orders, payment and support in the customer's own hand instead of on your hotline.
Rider & delivery apps
Assignment, route, status updates, COD collection and proof of delivery, working through weak signal.
Sales & CRM apps
Lead capture, follow-up reminders and pipeline updates from wherever the meeting happened.
Inspection & survey apps
Structured checklists, photo capture, signatures and offline submission for audits and site visits.
Internal staff apps
Attendance, leave, approvals and notices for staff who do not sit at a computer during their shift.
Usually not. For most business apps a single cross-platform codebase gives you both stores at close to the cost of one, with the same features and design. We recommend native only when the app depends heavily on device hardware or platform-specific behaviour.
Can the app work with our existing software?
+
Yes, provided the existing system can expose data through an API. If it cannot, we build that API layer as part of the project so the app reads and writes the same records your team already uses.
Who publishes the app on the stores?
+
We handle the submission, but the developer accounts should be registered in your company's name so you own the listing, the reviews and the ability to publish updates independently.
